I am a food technologist. I am currently working at Sadhana Nepal Industries. As a food technologist, it is my responsibility to ensure the quality of all raw materials from the initial stage to the final product. Additionally, I oversee factory hygiene and personal hygiene to maintain food safety standards.

My focus is on improving products, developing new ones, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Furthermore, I aim to implement strategies to enhance the global competitiveness of our products, thereby contributing to the growth of export opportunities.

In the future, I plan to implement ISO and HACCP standards at Sadhana Nepal Industries. The objective is to establish systematic processes to identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards. This will not only enhance product quality but also build consumer trust and improve market competitiveness.
